COSTI Immigrant Services delivers the CSS program locally for the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Durham Region, Halton Region, Peel Region, York Region, Dufferin County and Simcoe County) and connects government assisted refugees to important services upon their first week of arrival. These include:
- Orientation, life-skills and settlement services
- Referral to community settlement services
- Escorting and translation services
