Client Support Services is now offering an Orientation to Intensive Case Management for new CSS staff. This training will equip settlement service providers with the information to:

  • Provide standardization of service delivery for GARs across Canada
  • Support GARs access to IRCC funded settlement services that meet their complex needs
  • Receive the professional development required to enhance their existing skills and learn new ones
  • Foster a community of practice model in the network
