The Thunder Bay Multicultural Association delivers the CSS Program locally in towns and cities in Northwestern Ontario, and provides government assisted refugees with important services upon their first week of arrival, including:
- Orientation, documentation and housing assistance
- Referral to community settlement services
- Translation and interpretation services
- Youth settlement program
- Language assessments
